BTW, in relation to the "Galactic Immune System" - if you could SEE those regions of resonance, and you WANTED some OTHER planet, far away, to intercept those regions for a LONGER period of time than they would, naturally... then you only need a LITTLE shove, vibrating in complement with the natural, galactic frequencies; that slight shift would bend the arc of those 'stripes' of resonant-loading... and we would have more to gain, within that region, by multiples.

Such a civilization, which is amplifying ALL worlds' own life in this way, can travel at the SPEED of light, and therefore is hundreds of TIMES further ahead than their competitors, who rely upon traveling to a location, and colonizing it.
