er, you are right about the first one — it was called ‘cold fusion’ at first, though it seems more like Exotic Vacuum Objects and a moire of particle wave functions… and the second one was my own materials science research, so it’s not surprising that you couldn’t find anything about it — I couldn’t, either, and so I wrote about it! :)
