I should mention, retro-causality has been proposed for much longer in the physics community - Susskind was presenting his own flavor of it in a lecture (lost to me on Youtube, now?) explaining how an event in the future 'restricts' the distribution that is possible to observe in the present. So, it doesn't work exactly like our traditional causality - it kinda makes some things impossible!
