That US intel report, by the way:

"Reuters could not immediately verify the report, which cited unidentified U.S. officials."

Doesn't sound very convincing. It is possible US caved, because Putin is actually serious about using a single nuke, knowing his country won't be targeted - only him.

So, is "cited unidentified U.S. officials" your proof?
