Thank you :) We’ll need plenty of people to immigrate, from all over the world. It’s unfortunate that the most advanced proposals for floating cities are coming from the government of China and Peter Theil’s Seasteading Institute — the early adopters might be extensions of existing governments, or ‘corporate towns’. I have hope, though!
