You read foreign news! Wonderful! I was subscribed to the freebie version of Stratfor as a 14 year old, back in the 90's, and I prefer to do my own analysis. So, being a foreign-news-reader, you MUST have seen the article, it appeared first in German, then a number of places: Putin's Yacht fled a German port, while receiving upgrades, WITHOUT finishing - because Putin fearing it would be captured when he invaded, soon. [[https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10494251/Putins-superyacht-spotted-sailing-Russia-fleeing-German-shipyard.html]] He invaded a couple weeks later. When I was telling everyone that his yacht signaled the start of the war, they insisted that "Putin is just bluffing" - I point-out that Putin is an *actual* strongman, who understands that his threats ONLY carry weight if he *follows-through* on them. He MUST, or else he will be challenged unceasingly for seeming weak.

Some other analysis about Putin: google my essay "The Virus is a Trip-Wire", where I predicted that Putin would take the opportunity to hack us, attacking our utilities infrastructure. Nine months later, the US government found-out about the 'Solar Winds' hack - Russia stole the blueprints and software for the entire country's water and power systems. He has us by the b@lls. Five months after the hack was caught, Russians hacked the Colonial Pipeline to stop gasoline to the East Coast for a week. A few months later, Boogaloo Boys *somehow* knew where to go, breaking-into the Las Vegas power station with homemade bombs, hoping to trigger a race-war during the George Floyd protests. This year, there have been FIVE separate attacks on US power station equipment, and the attackers know *what* equipment is hardest to replace, and *where* it is located on those sprawling sites. They got that intel from Putin. SO - I called it; "Putin hacks US utilities." When did I make that claim? The same month Putin *started* the hack, NINE months before the government found it. I make sense of the situation on my own.
